Firestone Complete Auto Care

I get most of my car work done at Firestone because it's just so convenient to my home and gym. The most recent visit I came in for tire patch, which was free because I had coverage on tire purchased at Firestone. I paid for $10 vehicle check, which included a tire rotation. Although it probably could have been a free check, it determined I needed two new tires, one of which could be prorated because it was one of those Firestone tires I previously purchased, but only if I agreed to an alignment. I begrudgingly agreed, but later asked for explanation, which Joey patiently explained by showing me the computer model and alignment area of another vehicle being serviced. Because I was already getting all these services I got a discount on my oil change, which was nice. I would have gone elsewhere for a better price if not for that. I came in with a nail in my tire in my rear tire, then I was offered a deal so good I could not turn it down and replaced all 4 tires. Customer service was great and the staff worked hard together to get me in and out. Very satisfied with the service.

The new clutch is great. My car has never been this easy to drive. It feels like a racing clutch. Also it was great to meet the mechanic, his passion for cars was great to see. He clearly loves what he does and cares about doing a great job and making customers happy.

Johey and his team were absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly patient with other customers and me. They took the time to access the problems and explained what needed to be done. They went above and beyond my expectations! A job that would had been thousands at a dealership was a fraction of the cost. Their thoroughness gave me complete confidence in their ability to produce quality results. Johey, I can't thank you enough. You all have a lifetime customer. It's rare to find a shop that combine skill and genuine customer care, but they will deliver both to you. Thank you!

This is the best place you can take your car. They maintain your vehicle as if it were their own and catch things other mechanics miss! Don’t bother going anywhere else. On top of their unparalleled competence, their staff are friendly, welcoming, and will work with you to help find savings. I moved ITP and after trying a few other places and locations I still come back to this one!
